Poise
Last night I turned on the TV and heard Bill Clinton speak at the DNC Convention for a little while. I think Clinton is a lying SOB, but he’s definitely a skilled orator. I’d pay at least $430.22 to watch Clinton and GWB go head to head in an unscripted—ie, they don’t get the questions beforehand—debate. What a slaughter that would be. Hell, it would be a slaughter even if it were 100% scripted, since GWB speaks English about as well as I speak Mandarin. Knee who?
I found myself hanging on every word, except that I don’t remember much of what he said except for the last point of Kerry fighting the war.
He’s a great speaker, I’d vote for him.
