Enchanted Ceiling
I’ve been meaning for some time to contribute some photographs to a collaborative photo project on the web. Probably the best known of these is the Mirror Project. I haven’t yet contributed anything to that project, since I don’t ever purposefully photograph my reflection for fear of breaking my nice camera (*rimshot*). Anyways, I recently stumbled across another project for which almost anyone who takes photos will likely already have material—Enchanted Ceiling is collecting photos of, well, “enchanted ceilings,” which most of the submitters have interpreted to mean photos of the sky—beautiful sunsets, sunrises, clouds, and the like. It’s a well-designed site, and there are indeed some nice photos there. Today, I submitted a few photos I’ve taken in the recent past, and, because I think it’s a worthy project, I even donated a couple bucks to help the site-designer with hosting costs. Go give it a look. Maybe you’ll have something to share, too.
