		<description>Strange. My 5GB, which I've had for a looooong time, still performs like a champ---probably 7-8 hours on a charge. I'm sure you know about the $49 battery replacement kits you can buy for the 1st gens, right? When my battery does decide to give out, I'll probably give it a new lease on life with one of those kits, cuz I'd like to replace my full-size iPod with a mini with at least a 10GB drive. Hopefully those will come out about this time next year.</description>
