No more Blogger!
Well, I have finally gotten WordPress to work on my server. At Eric‘s suggestion, I tried installing it several months ago, but it didn’t work. After downloading the newest version today, it actually took only five minutes to complete the install and it worked! Wheeeeeeeee! So, that means it’s time for a new blog. Last April, I decided that I would name my blog. Never having created a word of my own, I thought this was my chance. Since my blog is dangerous to my mental health and that of you who are reading it, I decided an appropriate name would be LOBLOGOMY. So, I registered the domain loblogomy.com, and then let it sit around for the past 9 months. Finally, I have a chance to unleash it. :) Although I have tweaked the style sheet a little already, things will probably be a bit wonky around here for a while, since I’m not a CSS wizard–everything I’ve done in the past was pure (and simple) HTML. I’ve already noticed that the side bar over there, which looks perfect in Safari, looks like poo in IE. I also need to make my title banner. Ah, well, with time, I’ll work out the kinks. Now, if I can just figure out a way to make a PHP-based photoalbum, life would be much better.

CSS make my brain hurt, though.
i hope to upgrade to wordpress soon. just have to take a few hours to do it (and re-do my mods!)
